Frontline Foundry was created by people who know shift work firsthand. With two firefighters and a physician assistant on our team, we’ve lived the long nights, disrupted sleep, demanding schedules, high-stress environments, and constant pressure to perform when the rest of the world is off the clock. Our professional journeys in emergency services and healthcare shaped the idea behind Frontline Foundry: build products around the real needs of shift workers, not around assumptions about them.
